My work in both real estate and loans gives me a unique perspective. I can pre-qualify my buyers to be sure that we are looking in the right price range. And when I represent sellers in a real estate transaction, I can help you to fully understand the financial qualifications of all your prospective buyers.

About Rachel Stamm
Rachel was born in Boston and grew up in Topeka, Kansas. She is a graduate of Grinnell College, where she received a degree in biology in 1994. Rachel was recipient of a prestigious Watson Fellowship, for which she traveled around the world during the 1994-95 academic year studying the relationship between eco-tourism and marine mammal conservation. She has made her home in Seattle since 1995. A real estate and loan professional since 2000, Rachel was named one of Seattle's top real estate agents for three straight years, 2007-2009, in Seattle magazine, based on a customer satisfaction survey of over 23,000 recent homebuyers. She is a member of the Greater Seattle Business Association, Washington Association of Mortgage Brokers and the National Association of Mortgage Brokers.
