I can provide you with the most recent listings by email, fax, or phone and can keep you abreast of changes in the market. And when we find the right home, I have the experience and knowledge to bring to the bargaining table to be sure that the transaction goes as smoothly as possible. I will accompany you on the inspection to be sure that I have an accurate understanding of any issues that come up so that I can represent those issues clearly to the selling party. I even attend the signing appointment with my clients long-term client satisfaction is my goal!
As a Sellers Agent I offer the best in customer service. I will prepare a comparative market analysis that will explain how I will arrive at the suggested price for your home. We will work together to create a plan to maximize the price that you will get for your home within the desired amount of marketing time. My attention to detail will be evident in the presentation of the market analysis, as well as in the attractive flyers that I prepare for marketing purposes. That attention is also paid to my clients. And once we have a signed contract, I will keep you up to date with every development toward the sale of your home, through a successful closing.
