Rachel was incredibly patient with us and showed us a ton of places, because we took a long time to make up our minds and finally take the plunge. I was super impressed with how knowledgable she was in dealing with condos, in particular, since condos have a lot of unique issues. She was on top of things at all times, reading and responding to all documents very promptly. She is great at explaining things, and thinks about a lot of details you might otherwise overlook, making sure you are aware of all the factors you ought to consider in making your final decision. We found her also to be unfailingly cheerful, friendly, and thoughtful throughout the process. I knew I was in good hands.

We were so glad we chose Rachel Stamm as our agent. We knew our home wasn’t going to be easy to sell. It was a teardown on a long narrow lot with challenging setbacks and a view easement on top of all that! Rachel was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, patient, and helpful through the grueling process of selling our “problem child” property. But she succeeded. If she can sell that, she can sell anything. Along the way there were lots of complications, including changes to the title, modifications to the easements, and many updates to the property listing. We were just amazed at how Rachel had everything under control. We were blown away by her ability to stay focused on a million details. We never had to remind her or nag her to do anything. More than anything else, we valued Rachel’s honesty and integrity. Despite all the challenges, she always put our interests above her own and stayed on the same page with us on pricing and negotiation. We got a higher price than we thought we could simply because she was determined and patient. We would very highly recommend Rachel for ANY property sale. Overall, it was just an amazing experience.
